Terms of use
These terms cover the static pages at https://aggroberry.games/. Using the pages means you accept them. The Slots Oscar app has its own store terms.
1. Purpose of the site
aggroberry.games is an editorial companion to Slots Oscar: Huge Casino Games, a free social-casino app published by Candy Grill LLC. The pages describe the listing and host a browser demo called Footlight Trio. They are not a place to gamble.
2. No wagering on this domain
You cannot place a wager here. You cannot deposit money here. You cannot withdraw money here. Nothing on these pages is a bet, a stake of real value, or a cash prize. Store purchases, if you make any, happen on Google Play or the App Store, not on aggroberry.games.
3. Virtual currency disclaimer
Coins inside Slots Oscar are virtual. Credits inside Footlight Trio are fiction credits held in memory for that visit. Neither can be redeemed for cash on this domain. A win in the demo, or a bonus in the app, is not money and is not a promise of money later. Practice at social casino play does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
4. Age & eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use this site. The age dialog asks you to confirm that. If you are under 18, leave. Google Play rates the app Teen with simulated gambling; this companion still admits only visitors who confirm they are 18 or older.
5. Accuracy of information
We describe the listing as it is publicly presented: a welcome bundle of about 5,000,000 free coins, free coins on a timer of about three hours, themed machines, a prize wheel, bonus rounds, quests, and achievements. Store text can change. Treat the figures as approximate. The live app is the listing you open, not a sentence on this page.
6. Intellectual property
Slots Oscar: Huge Casino Games, its screenshots, and its store presentation belong to their owners. Candy Grill LLC is the publisher. Google Play and the App Store badges belong to their owners and are used as links. The aggroberry.games page text, the Footlight Trio layout, and the demo symbol art are part of this companion. Do not copy the pages and present them as your own product.
7. External links
Badges leave this site for Google Play and the App Store. Type stylesheets are requested from Google Fonts. The age dialog can send you to https://www.google.com/. We are not responsible for those destinations, their terms, or what they collect after you arrive.
8. Limitation of liability
The pages are provided as a description and a fiction-credit demo. We do not promise that the app will match every line written here, that a session will be uninterrupted, or that a demo result means anything outside the tab. To the extent allowed, we are not liable for store purchases, time spent in the app, or decisions you make after reading these pages. The demo is random and has no cash value.
